MSP Growth Partner is here to help you grow your business. Use Lexi to create materials that win deals. You own what you create. We don’t share your differentiation with anyone else.

What MSP Growth Partner Is

MSP Growth Partner is a platform that helps MSP owners create growth materials. With Lexi as your growth partner, you can:

  • Capture what makes your MSP different
  • Create materials aligned to how buyers decide
  • Build coordinated outreach that wins business
  • Establish authority in your market

What MSP Growth Partner Isn’t

  • Not a replacement for business strategy. We help you execute, but the strategic decisions about your MSP are yours.
  • Not legal or compliance advice. Materials about HIPAA, SOC 2, or other compliance topics reflect your expertise — they’re not legal guidance.
  • Not a content library. Nothing is recycled or shared between subscribers.

Your Responsibilities

  • One account per user. Your account belongs to you or your organization.
  • Accurate information. The voice and differentiation capture works best when you’re honest about your business.
  • Appropriate use. Don’t use the platform to create materials that are misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Keep your login secure. Don’t share your password.

Our Responsibilities

  • Protect your data. Your differentiation and voice profile are valuable business assets. We treat them that way.
  • One MSP in, one MSP out. We never recycle your materials or share them with other subscribers.
  • Keep improving. We continuously improve Lexi based on what helps MSP owners grow.
  • Be transparent. No hidden terms or surprise changes.

Your Content

  • You own it. Everything you create with Lexi belongs to you.
  • We don’t use it. Your materials aren’t used to train models for other customers.
  • Export anytime. Download your materials in multiple formats.

Subscription and Payment

  • Monthly billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless you choose annual billing.
  • Cancel anytime. No long-term contracts. Cancel before your next billing cycle.
  • No refunds for partial months. But you keep access until your paid period ends.

Ending Your Account

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Your materials remain accessible until the end of your billing period
  • You can export everything before your account closes
  • After closure, we delete your data within 30 days

We can also end your account if you violate these terms. We’ll tell you why if that happens.

Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms, we’ll notify you at least 30 days before major changes take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

MSP Growth Partner provides tools to help you create growth materials. We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes. Your results depend on your strategy, execution, and market conditions.
